Fenbendazole, metformin, and ivermectin target colorectal cancer through different mechanisms. Fenbendazole disrupts tubulin, metformin inhibits energy production, and ivermectin blocks drug resistance. While metformin has the strongest human evidence, none have FDA approval for cancer treatment. Ongoing research is needed, and patients should consult their oncology teams for guidance.
