These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of courageagainstcancer.org (the “Site”), operated by Courage Against Cancer Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 39-4608206) located at 1723 E Hedgecroft Dr, El Lago, TX 77586 (“CAC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Medical Disclaimer
The Site provides general educational information about cancer, wellness, and emerging or repurposed research topics. Nothing on this Site is, or is intended to be, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. CAC is not a healthcare provider. Content on this Site — including blog articles, research summaries, and program materials — should never be used as a substitute for the advice of your physician, oncologist, or other qualified healthcare provider.
Always talk to your own medical team before making any decision about your treatment, before starting, stopping, or changing any medication or supplement, and before acting on anything you read here. Some topics discussed on the Site (such as repurposed or investigational drugs) are not FDA-approved for cancer treatment, and CAC does not sell, dispense, recommend, or endorse the use of any such substance as a treatment for any medical condition. Discussion of ongoing research does not constitute an endorsement or a treatment recommendation.

Who May Use the Site

User-Submitted Content
If you submit information to us through the contact form, email signup, or similar features, you grant CAC a right to use that information to respond to you and operate the Site, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Please do not submit sensitive medical information through public-facing forms or comments.
Donations
Donations made through the Site are processed by a third-party payment provider (via WordPress.com). Donations to Courage Against Cancer Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. Donations are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or at our discretion. Please retain your donation confirmation for your tax records.
CAC Wellness Playbook and CAC Wellness Scouting Report
The CAC Wellness Playbook and CAC Wellness Scouting Report are paid, educational wellness coaching and research-summary programs — they are not free, and they are not medical treatment, diagnostic services, or a substitute for oncology care. Any genomic or microbiome testing referenced in these programs is performed by independent third-party testing partners under their own separate terms and privacy practices, not by CAC directly. CAC does not guarantee any specific health outcome from participation in these programs.
Third-Party Links and Research Citations
The Site may link to or cite third-party research, articles, and websites for informational purposes. These links do not constitute an endorsement, and CAC is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites.
Disclaimer of Warranties
